Under BCB Resolution No. 569, approved on May 19, the Central Bank of Brazil has extended the scope of fraud data-sharing to cover unauthorized betting operators. This update, which modifies BCB Resolution No. 343 from October 4, 2023, outlines the procedures for the exchange of data and information among supervised financial and payment institutions.
