Three people from South Carolina have been indicted in relation to what federal prosecutors describe as a deadly interstate kidnapping and robbery scheme.

A federal grand jury in Greenville returned the ten-count indictment against 33-year-old E.M.R., 42-year-old J.T.L., and others involved in the case. The scheme allegedly began at a casino in North Carolina and tragically ended with a homicide across state lines.

The indictment includes charges of kidnapping resulting in death, kidnapping, robbery, and the use of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. The accused individuals are facing severe legal consequences for their alleged involvement in this dark and devious criminal plot.
