The South Korean lottery operator says it will pay whistleblowers who report illegal sportsbook platforms $10 for each site they report as part ot its World Cup crackdown.

The South Korean lottery operator says it will pay whistleblowers who report illegal sportsbook platforms $10 for each site they report as part ot its World Cup crackdown.

The Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, operator of Sports Toto, the state-run pro sports pools-type betting platform, announced a reward program for whistleblowers targeting illegal sportsbook websites during the World Cup. Whistleblowers will receive $10 for each reported site as part of the initiative. Sports Toto, along with its sister brand Proto, are involved in this campaign.
