A man used specially modified shirts to place bets on Macao casinos’ baccarat tables on behalf of illegal gamblers in Mainland China, say police.
Judiciary Police revealed that a suspect named Zhang utilized various electronic devices sewn and taped onto his clothing to facilitate the illegal betting activity. The incident was reported by the Chinese-language newspaper Macao Daily News.
Law enforcement officers are investigating the case to uncover the full extent of the operation and apprehend any other individuals involved in the illicit gambling scheme.
