Prosecutors in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek say a business tycoon built a casino complex on a site where he had promised to build a sports center.
The Prosecutor General’s office revealed that the casino, along with restaurants and a hotel, were found during an inspection in Bishkek. The developer's actions came to light after authorities visited the site.
According to reports, the site was supposed to host a sports center, but it was repurposed for the casino complex, leading to legal repercussions for the developer.
