The husband of a police officer who was incapacitated after being shot in the line of duty has been found to have misused his wife’s care funds, including spending substantial amounts at Mississippi casinos.
The Alabama probate judge ruled that Prichard Police Sgt. Aaron Tucker misused his wife’s funds, who was left incapacitated after being shot while on duty. Tucker spent a significant portion of the money at casinos in Mississippi.
Police officers were able to track down and arrest a trio of suspected culprits who targeted a victim and robbed them at gunpoint at a Tampa hotel.
