The Hon Nigel Feetham KC MP, Gibraltar's Minister for Justice, Trade and Industry, will deliver the opening address at the inaugural Prediction Markets Summit Europe on 9–10 November 2026, following the government's introduction of a regulatory framework for prediction markets.
The summit in Gibraltar marks the first time a European jurisdiction has set up a dedicated licensing system for prediction markets. Minister Feetham's address will kick off the two-day event, highlighting the significance of this regulatory move in the region.
