Colombia’s highest administrative court, the Council of State, has upheld the partial suspension of Resolution 20231000019054, issued by Coljuegos in 2023. This resolution had introduced restrictions and penalties on online gaming advertising in Colombia. Juan Camilo Carrasco, manager at Sora Lawyers, mentioned that their law firm had filed a lawsuit for the annulment of this measure.
