Churchill Downs Incorporated announced a record second-quarter revenue and adjusted EBITDA, driven by a successful Kentucky Derby week and growth in historical racing machine venues. The company also reached an agreement to acquire full ownership of United Tote, a wagering technology provider. Second-quarter net revenue increased by 5% year over year to a record $980 million, with adjusted EBITDA rising by 6%.
