Armenia will tighten its gambling regulations for online users, with new bans on “at-risk” individuals and stricter betting limits.
The National Assembly of Armenia approved the new regulations in a final reading of a law set to take effect on January 1 next year. The measures aim to enhance player protection and promote responsible gambling practices in the country.
Under the new rules, certain citizens identified as at-risk individuals will be prohibited from accessing online casinos. Additionally, the legislation will impose stricter limits on betting amounts to prevent excessive gambling behavior.
