Argentina’s government introduces a bill in the Senate to increase penalties for unauthorized online gambling platforms.
President Javier Milei's administration presented a bill aimed at imposing stricter sanctions on illegal online gambling operations that are not compliant with regulations. The proposal, put forward by the Secretariat of Comprehensive Drug Policies (Sedronar) and endorsed by Milei and other officials, targets the operation and promotion of online gambling platforms that operate outside the legal framework.
