Alliance Global Group Inc. (AGI) has completed its acquisition of Genting Hong Kong Ltd.'s remaining interests in Newport World Resorts and related companies.
AGI has finalized the acquisition of Genting HK's stake in Newport World Resorts, marking the end of their joint venture that commenced in 2009. The completion was confirmed through a filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange, where AGI stated that all conditions for the transaction had been met, and the shares were handed over to Newport World Resorts Philippines Inc. (NWRPI).
